1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program 1.1 Eligibility: To be eligible for our affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address and website or social media presence. 1.2 Application Process: To apply, you must complete our affiliate application form accurately and provide all requested information. 1.3 Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. We may reject applications that we deem inappropriate, including those containing offensive, misleading, or illegal content. 1.4 Account Creation: If your application is accepted, you will receive an affiliate account with a unique affiliate ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your affiliate account information.

2. Affiliate Obligations 2.1 Product Promotion: As an affiliate, you agree to actively promote our packing cubes and related products to your audience through approved promotional methods. This includes, but is not limited to, creating content, sharing affiliate links, and engaging in appropriate marketing activities. 2.2 Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines when promoting our products. This includes, but is not limited to, disclosing your affiliate relationship and using ethical marketing practices. 2.3 Prohibited Activities: You are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities: - Misrepresenting our products or making false claims. - Spamming or engaging in unsolicited communications. - Using any illegal or unethical promotional methods. - Violating intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, or patents. - Using our branding or materials in a manner that may tarnish our reputation or goodwill.

3. Commission Structure and Payment 3.1 Commission Rates: The commission rates for sales generated through your affiliate links will be provided upon acceptance into the program. Rates may vary based on performance and other factors, and we reserve the right to modify commission rates at any time. 3.2 Qualified Sales: To receive a commission, the referred customer must make a qualifying purchase through your affiliate link. 3.3 Payment: Commissions will be paid on a regular basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold as determined by us. Payments will be made via the payment method specified in your affiliate account. 3.4 Refunds and Chargebacks: In the event of a refund or chargeback initiated by a referred customer, the corresponding commission may be deducted from your account balance.

4. Free Product and Product Advertising 4.1 Free Product Eligibility: Affiliates are eligible to receive a free product sample upon acceptance into the program. This sample is intended for personal use and to aid in promoting our products. 4.2 Advertising Obligation: By accepting the free product, you agree to actively advertise and promote the product in a manner consistent with these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the termination of your affiliate account and the forfeiture of any unpaid commissions. 4.3 Return of Free Product: If you cease to be an active affiliate, you must return the free product to us within 30 days of termination. Failure to do so may result in the deduction of the product's value from any outstanding commissions.

5. Termination 5.1 Termination by Either Party: Either party may terminate the affiliate agreement at any time for any reason, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. 5.2 Effect of Termination: Upon termination
